Plans for this two-building project, which covers a full city block, include 241 rental apartments and street-level stores. Building I, a 5-story wood-framed structure over 4 stories of municipal and private parking garages, encompasses 187,020 square feet, including 195 rental artments. Building II, a 4-story wood-framed structure over a 1-story private parking garage, consists of 55,928 square feet, including 46 rental apartments. We developed the site around a plaza which integrates both buildings.
