Freemason Harbor

This project won a design competition held by the RLA of Norfolk. It consists of an old, 320-foot mercantile pier on the Elizabeth River, now rebuilt in the flats and maisonettes. The sawtoothed six-story residential condominium on the land side replaced an 1880s mercantile warehouse, and all units have views of the river. The apartments are private and spacious.
