Aurora Condominiums integrates adjacent 12-story and 8-story former office buildings in a 143,000-square-foot residential community of 145 untis. A dramatic new lobby and landscaped garden connect the renovated twin towers.

As part of the rehabilitation project, we removed a 30-foot slice from the side of the larger tower to create room for the new lobby and garden area. To increase the complex's living area, we added two penthouse floors to the smaller tower, extending it to 10 stories. The Aurora Condominiums project was completed in 2006.
