We currently are involved with the historic renovation of an office building in the Inner Harbor area of downtown Baltimore, MD. Our team prepared a comprehensive assessment of the existing structure and supplemental systems to assist the owner in determining the project’s viability. Our structural analysis required the integration of new construction techniques with methods and materials of the early 1900s. The new, modern addition will double the amount of square feet in this building, which will serve as headquarters for the Milestone Hospitality Corporation.
