The scope of architectural design and site planning included developing a city block in downtown Richmond, VA, which included two office buildings, a new promenade, a center-city plaza with sculptured site, and structured parking garage. The two office buildings feature a lobby atrium which overlooks the center-city plaza. We also provided space planning for several new tenant offices within the two buildings.
