We converted an existing multi-level shopping mall and underground parking garage into an office complex and connected it, via a bridge, to the Rockville Center Metrorail station. In addition to the offices, the complex includes a commercial fitness center and a delicatessen. We also provided space planning for 120,000 square feet within the complex for the Department of Permitting Services and numerous other Montgomery County administrative organizations.
